Living Well Overnight Meditation Retreat
If you want to combine learning about meditation, understanding new techniques of meditation while having ample
time to practice, this retreat is for you.
On both Saturday and Sunday we will work as a group from 10am to 4pm, with a break for lunch. Time before
or after that period is personal (and eating) time and a time for solitary reflection as you enjoy the beautiful
retreat center or use the time to bond with the group.
During workshop time we will be learning about meditation and other health information to reinforce the concepts
learned.
